HOW YOUR ALIGNED PRACTICE WORKS

Each month begins with a 4-week guided series focused on a specific area of the body (such as low back or neck and shoulders).

  • Weekly live Zoom Yoga Classes (45–60 minutes)
  • Targeted therapeutic yoga for a specific area (ex: low back, neck/shoulders)
  • Clear explanation of what you’re doing and why
  • Simple strategies you can apply between sessions

*Live Classes Are Wednesday’s at 8pm EST
*All Classes Will Be Recorded. The Replay Link Will be Sent Out in 24 Hours and Will be Added to the Online Portal

Once the series wraps, the membership shifts into integration mode — helping you stay consistent and keep feeling the results in real life. Month 2 & 3 include:

  • One live yoga class (45 minutes) on your regular Wednesday night
  • Spot Relief videos — short 3–5 minute videos targeting specific symptoms (tight traps after a long patient day? Neck stiff from loupes? There’s one for that.)
  • Chairside Reset — a 5-minute movement sequence designed to do right in the office, between patients
  • Access to the full on-demand library
  • Your private Facebook community

Hi, I’m Caitlin! I’m a practicing Dental Hygienist of 15 years with chronic pain turned Yoga Therapist, Ergonomics Consultant, and the founder of The Aligned Hygienist. My pain became my purpose, and helping dental professionals practice pain-free is my mission. I use my personal and professional experiences in chronic pain, injury recovery, functional movement, and stress management to help dental professionals feel their best – in their bodies and their minds. 

My mission is to help dental professionals optimize their health so they can truly thrive — in and out of the office. After years of struggling with work-related pain, and looking into disability and alternative careers, I moved across the country to become a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), work with acute and chronic pain and injury rehab clients, and become a CEAS Ergonomics Consultant for Dental Professionals. I’m a public speaker, writer, influencer, and podcast host for The Aligned Hygienist Podcast.

I’m here to help dental practitioners thrive in whatever role they play by taking care of their body, properly stretching and strengthening, and practicing mindful ergonomics. I’m here as an advocate for health and well-being in the industry. When our cups are filled, we have enough to share. Our patients deserve it, and so do we. Frequently Asked Questions

The cost is $35/month. You can choose to make this a recurring payment, you can pay for six months and get ONE MONTH FREE, or you can pay for a year membership & get 2 MONTHS FREE! You’ll also be able to cancel at any time; there are no restrictions or contractual requirements.

This is totally up to you! There is no time requirement from me and all of the classes range from 5 minutes to over 75 minutes. All live classes are 45-60 minutes.

If you can’t make it to the classes, no worries. All sessions will be recorded and available through our members-only portal that can be accessed at any time as long as you’re a member.

Absolutely! Feel free to send me a message any time if there’s something specific you want to see inside the membership. The topic/focus for each month are rotating and will be based on the needs and desires of the members in the group. A poll will be sent out at the beginning of each month so you can share your feedback!
