My name is Caitlin, I’m a Dental Hygienist of 12 years, chronic pain survivor, Yoga Therapist, and Ergonomic Specialist. Caitlin quit her job as a dental hygienist in 2020 to pursue her passion and purpose of helping dental professionals overcome, reduce and prevent workplace pain and injuries, manage stress and optimize their health, so they can thrive–in and out of the op.
The first six years of Caitlin’s hygiene career was filled with work-related pain and injuries, stress, and low energy levels, When she started to prioritize her health–body, mind, and energy–her focus, communication, and numbers at work transformed. Caitlin is passionate about helping dental professionals optimize their health inside her monthly yoga membership, hygienist group program, and her 8-week program for dental teams.
